CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY
We understand that plans can change and things come up.
If you need to cancel your appointment at least the day before, you may do so through the link in your confirmation email or text or by contacting us directly via phone or text.
We greatly appreciate an advance notice, as it allows us to accommodate other guests. ​
Cancellations made at least one day prior to the appointment will not incur a fee.
Here at the Sole Sanctuary, we hold the reservation for you and as we get closer to the appointment time, we often turn away walk-ins or other potential guests when it appears we do not have an opening.

Same-day cancellations that are not filled will be subject to a 50% service fee. Even with a few hours notice, we can sometimes fill the vacancy. If we can fill it, you will not be charged.

A Late-Cancellation or No-Show will be charged 100% of the service cost plus 18% gratuity, no exceptions. It is considered a Late-Cancellation when an appointment is cancelled within one hour of the scheduled time, as this prevents us from filling the availability efficiently.

Our Cancellation Fees ensure our technicians are compensated fairly for their time.
